Membership Types

Professional Member / voting rights: A Licensed Mortgage Broker or Designated Indifidual (typically an owner or manager). Limit one per company.
Associate Member / non-voting: Additional Licensed Mortgage Brokers, Co-Owners, Branch Managers, Loan Originators, or Processors, as well as any other licensed or non-licensed employee of a bank, credit union or mortgage brokerage.
Affiliate Member / non-voting: Industry-related person supporting SDAMP (typically realtors, home inspectors, appraisers, insurance agents, developers, builders, etc.)
Lender Affiliate Member / non-voting: Licensed Wholesale Mortgage Lender or Designated Individual (typically account managers or account executives working between wholesale lenders and retail mortgage origination sources.
